In addition, you will:


  • Be based in Brisbane or Sydney
  • Drive expertise in Virgin Australia’s B2B Value Proposition, fare rules, policies and commercial frameworks.
  • Provide proactive insights through data analysis to identify opportunities and influence commercial decision-making.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, contract renewals and all partner lifecycle activities.
  • Set the standard for collaboration and partner management internally and externally by walking the talk
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining Virgin Australia’s high service standards.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, Insights, Direct Distribution, SME and other teams to support partner needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM records, reporting and target tracking for your team and portfolio.
  • Support executive reporting requirements and contributing to continuous improvement across Sales.

 

Be to successful:



  • 5+ years’ experience in Large Market/Enterprise B2B sales, including complex negotiations and tender processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, coaching others to success and driving high performance.
  • Ability to articulate data trends, influence change, and present compelling commercial narratives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all hierarchy levels.
  • High attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Advanced capability across Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven success in developing or managing portfolios of corporate/government partners (highly desirable).
